Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we’re currently welcoming new clients. Book online or call us directly.

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 8 am – 7 pm, Sat–Sun 9 am – 4 pm. Closed statutory holidays and Christmas. We are not a 24-hour facility.

What if my pet is sick today?

Call us — we do our best to accommodate same-day sick visits. After hours, contact Canada West Veterinary Specialists at 604-473-4882.

Do you treat both dogs and cats?

Yes, we see dogs and cats of all ages and breeds.

Do you offer dental cleanings?

Yes — full dental exams, cleanings, digital X-rays, and extractions under general anesthesia with modern monitoring.

Do you accept pet insurance?

We provide documentation for insurance claims. Payment is due at time of service; you submit directly to your insurer.

Can I stay with my pet during the exam?

In most cases, yes. For certain procedures, we may ask you to wait in reception.

How do prescription refills work?

Call during business hours. Depending on the medication, we may need a checkup before refilling.
